I've looked on AK menus and I don't see it listed, unless I missed it. Is it anywhere in the parks??

Tamu Tamu in AK has it with coconut or dark rum on a permanent basis.
I know Pineapple promenade at flower and garden had them last year and you can get one in the Ploy.

The spikey pineapple at the Tiki Terrace is amazing. It has pango rhum (pineapple mango) blended in, rather than just poured over. And you can get it with a 151 floater, which makes it even better (but stir it in first because a mouthful of 151 is kind of rough).

Our server suggested the 151 float to offset the sweetness and she was spot on. We had stopped in for a quick drink while waiting for the inside Trader Sam's to open, so I was already feeling pretty good when we got inside.
