Get to a doc who has x-ray equipment and skip the Chiro unless you know for a fact this is a soft tissue injury.
if you have questions before then, PM me a little more detail on if it hurts as you sit, when it starts to hurt and how long it hurts.

I will definately get xrays on the area - there's been a lot of behind the scenes people working to make sure I take care of myself!

I think it started when I slipped on the ice while in training, then got worse when the dog jerked me and again, I slipped -

I think it is related to the fact that I have been sick for one month!! After two rounds of steroids and antibiotics,I am just now trying to get back into my training. Today, I did 6.25 miles, but my pace was 16:00. Before I got sick, I was up to 9 miles at about a 15:00 minute pace. I gotta believe in miracles and hope that my body remembers what it was capable of doing. oh, well! Just keep on trucking

Seriously, no cramping/tightening up at all!! I'm keeping up the heat/cold/ Aleve/ massage techniques, and I'm sure that is helping as well!!
