Doing something wrong? DAS related.

We are trying to get DAS for Disneyland. I entered the chat and completed everything. The the chat says “Transfer requested at 9:25 AM.” Then it says below that “Accessibility Services Virtual Assistant left 9:25 AM”. Up by Disneyland in the blue box is says “Transferring.” We have been waiting now for 45 minutes. I keep reading where it takes people 5-10 minutes. With nothing happening, I am worried I am doing something wrong. I am on my iMac and not my phone if it makes a difference.
 
Never mind. After an hour and 10 minutes, the CM came on. She seemed to be the only one working the Disneyland line. She was absolutely fantastic! My DD answered the questions herself, after looking at me to do it and I encouraged her. The CM had been to the Star Wars After Dark so my DD then asked her some questions. When the CM asked if we make any accommodations outside of Disneyland and waiting in lines, my DD shared some great examples. The CM approved my DD and sent some links. All is well.
