We're almost leaving to WDW!!!! Woo hoo!!

But I do have a question, we're leaving Sat. morning, and we'll be going w/ my MIL/FIL/SIL, and we haven't bought their park tickets yet. Can we buy them at the resorts? We'll be staying at POR, and was hoping they'd sell it.

We can't buy them from the Disney Store b/c they only need a 2 day park admission, does POR sell them or would we have to wait on line at the park entrance for the 2 day tix?

Have a <b>magical</b> trip! You can buy park hopper tickets at your resort.

Just so that you are not surprised, you will only be able to park hop IF you purchase an Ultimate Hopper Pass. The UMP is only available to Disney Resort Guests (which you will be), is good from the moment that you check in until midnight on the day that you check out, and gives you entrance to ALL Disney Parks.
If you are not interested in hopping and only want to visit 1 or 2 parks, you can buy a 2 day/2 park ticket which will save you $5 per person over buying the tickets individually.

I believe that the Resort front desks can also sell normal hopper passes that aren't "Ultimate" hoppers

The tickets are encoded as (2) 1D/1P tickets. Although you can go to two different parks, they have to be on different days, you cannot go to 2 different parks on the same day with this ticket.

Oh I am definately sure that you are right, Eric. But can they get a REGULAR 2 day Hopper Pass? I did not think that these were generally available...but I may be wrong.

THANKS everyone for the info!!! We'll be leaving in a few hours, we really should be sleeping b/c we have to be up at 2:30AM to get to my in-laws and get to the airport!

We dropped off our little puppy (5 month old English Bull Dog) today at the pet "resort" and I couldn't help but cry when we got in the car...I felt so bad, like I was abandoning him... but he was SO happy! All the girls at the pet resort was hamming him up and he was loving it.

Ok, just had to get that off my chest. Thanks again everyone!

Not that I know of. What I meant was that any ticket that could be purchased at a park gate could also be purchased at a resort front desk. As well as UPH passes.
