Doggie people I need your HELP PLEASE

I had a pup that seemed to get it, but would then just squat and pee with no warning. My vet told me that females don't gain bladder control until 15 - 16 weeks. The day she turned 15 weeks, she never peed in the house again.

So it may be an age thing.

My current pup "got it" but still had occasional accidents until about 10 months or so. For those, nature's miracle works fine.

But for the next few weeks, you may want to try to confine her to non-carpeted areas...

she is out two or three times a day for a COUPLE OF HOURS EACH TIME. I also let her out before bed and when she first gets up. it isnt an outside thing.
I let her in and we were playing with her and not 5 minutes later she turned around and peed and the floor. Im not stupid I realize she needs to go to the bathroom several times a day.

Oh, OK. So it's more like 5 times a day, plus. Sorry; I misunderstood. :)

what the vet says. When my WInnie has a UTI she cannot control herself and will go every few minutes sometimes.

I just stopped back to see how you are making out? I hope you are seeing some progress. I know that it is hard with a rescued dog. I just wanted to tell you that although there were several times that I wanted to get rid of Wickett (our rescue) we stuck with her and now she is great. i am glad that we kept her. She seems to love us even more than Tinkerbelle our first dog in this house. We got Wickett to keep Tink company and after 5 years the two of them (both females) are the best of friends. I think if you can have the patience you will find that this dog is a great asset to your family. Good Luck. You do seem like you are making a wonderful effort.
