Dog sweater pattern

We just got a new dog this past Sunday from a rescue shelter. He is so cute and is very thin. Only weighs 8 lbs. (when they picked him up he was only 6 lbs.) He looks like a little fox with HUGE ears. It's still cold here in PA and I'd like to make him a sweater. I'd like one that doesn't have to go over his head. Does anyone have a pattern?
