I was waiting for some one else to ask this but either I have missed it or no one has, soooo....

OK! There is a new dog Park at the Fort. So how do you get the dog(s) there? Are you now allowed to walk your dog on the paths between loops to get there? I assume that places like the Outpost, pool, etc. are off limits. Other than walking the dog over what else could you/would you do? Get in the car and drive them? :rotfl:

Someone posted about this last week I think. From what I understand you can walk your dog on the main road, but NOT into public areas or non pet loops.

Someone???? And to think last week you said we were friends. :lovestruc

To answer the question, the way it was explained to me when I was there last week was that you could walk your dog from your loop to the dog park. You were not allowed to go into another loop that was not yours, even if it was a pet loop. Dogs were not welcome at the playgrounds, pool, etc. That was what I was told by the front desk, but that could change depending on who you talk to there.

I love my dogs, but I would never travel with them... one is a 13 yr old german shepherd that is deaf, half blind, and is scared of wind and hates change. The other is an 8 yr old shepherd husky mix that is neurotic that hates men, including me, and is scared to walk on concrete or linoleum :rotfl: . The last thing I want to do is bring them with me in a TT for 2 weeks.
