Does your FD reservation number start with a "K"?

Hey all,

I made my reservation yesterday and booked ASMu 9/8 to 9/15 w/free dinning... of course not our first choice but thats not the point!

I called back last night around 8pm to see if anything else was made available, sure enough there was a ASmo preferred room now available, but we wanted standard.

During the process he asked for my Reservation number, which starts with the letter "K". Once I read it to him, he said "Are you sure you booked this over the phone? It starts with the letter "k"? Than I was put on hold for 2mins till he told me what was available.

I tried again this morning, no luck with ASmo but was again but on hold for 2mins after giving my reservation number. I asked if the number I had was correct and they both had said "yes".

Does anybody else have a reservation number for the visa free dinning package that starts with the letter K?

Mine starts with a K, and I booked it over the phone yesterday morning. (And it's a FD ressie.)

Mine does. I called at about 9am yesterday morning and actually spoke to someone at about 9:30am. Booked 4 adults at the Caribbean Beach Resort and my reservation number begins with a K! I hope everything is alright! Now you have me all worried!!

Booked POFQ 9/9 to 9/15 yesterday. My reservation # also starts with K. I thought it was weird but never thought to ask why.

It was the same last year. Free Dining packages booked with Disney Visa started with K

My reservation number is the same as the one I made a few months ago. They just applied FD to my reservation and never changed my number, so I do not have a "K".

That's odd...I booked free dining with my Disney Visa last year (in fact, that's the ONLY card I used to pay for my trip) and my reservation number began with a C.

No worries, though...as long as other people are getting the same thing and I can pull my ressie up online, I'm not concerned about it.

Now I am very nervous. Mine does not begin with a K. Also, I tried pulling up my reservation online in My Disney Vacation and it does not show dining as part of my package. It shows the flights I added yesterday and that I paid my deposit yesterday, but no dining! Ugh. On hold now

for some reason it just really had me nervous! The call last night totally threw me off!

I still don't know why I was being put on hold for so long tho... the tone in their voice is very unpleasing... lol.

I am hoping to try and switch resorts with this reservation... just wanted to make sure everything was ok!

More often than not, the dining package will not show up online. That doesn't necessarily mean you don't have it, though. As far as it not beginning with a K, as long as you're able to see you have a reservation, you shouldn't worry about it.

When you pull your ressies up online does it show the dining plan?

I just called too. The CM told me if the reservation was just modified to add free dining the reservation number won't change. There will be a new packet however showing the changes...

I will say that they are able to pull up all my information from that confirmation number, but I'm not sure if that has to do with my phone number and personal information or not...

I have yet to check it online but have not received a Email confirmation either... am I supposed to get one of those?

Mine does not. Last year when we got free dining, it didn't show online either. Wait until you get the paper confirmation and you should see it on there. Or you can just call them back to verify that free dining is part of your reservation.

I called back to verify and evrything is fine! I too just added the FDDP to my existing reservation so perhaps that is why it does not have the K. Thanks!!!!

In all the trips we have taken, we have never received an email confirmation.
