Interesting article. We are very small (15 people), most of us can do a lot from home, but it would be tough. We do not yet have a plan.

Not that I know of. We are a large co 50,000+ with 200+ in the building I work in with a lot of them working in cube farms.

Yes, we do. The same group in our company was responsible for creating and executing our plan for maintaining business continuity during last year's hurricane season as well.

Not that I am aware of, but with working in the grocery business and having 70 stores, I'm betting there is something in place. My biggest surprise came from a corporate job posting for a Bio-terrorism consultant. They needed someone to head up our bio-terrorism team/security...I never knew we had one of those in the first place!

Our old company (before we were bought) had a business continuity program in place that I helped put together for our dept. But the new company

I know that IF there was a pandemic, I wouldn't want to be taking the bus into the city and walking in the crowds.
