Does Water Parks Fun and More ticket still include Disney Quest?

Wondering if WPFAM add on still includes Disney Quest admission anyone know if it is?

Yes, I used it to enter Disney Quest on Sunday.

Can you use this ticket at Disney Quest before you use it in one of the major theme parks.

You should be able to, we used the tickets at Fantasia Gardens Mini Golf before going to our first theme park.
