I know some theme parks offer a band or card for kids that has their height on it so they don't have to be measured all the time. Does Universal offer anything like this? With two shorty kids it would be a great help. It's a blow to their ego everytime they get pulled out of line, lol!

Nope.

Always measure before you get in line, and make sure they know to stand straight and tall! Remember that we are tallest in the morning (especially when hydrated and having had adequate rest) so go on any nearly borderline rides first thing. Know that a big thrill type ride puts forces on the spine that can compress it, so if it's a ride they barely make it on, don't ever expect a re-ride to be possible; that ride could squish them down so they can't get on it a second time in a row.

We found it's all about preparation!

Because my girls are so skinny, I don't try and fudge them. BUT, they are repeatedly measured, and at times the measuring sticks are different. At Spider-Man, my younger DD was pulled out and was nearly an inch taller than required. But then at the ride itself, she was pulled again, and this time barely made it. Since she will probably be right at 42", I guess I'll just prepare myself for the hassles. :crazy2:
