I tried on July 19th to order the Bonus passes online and it said my info did not match their info. Soooo I called Universal they explained their system is very ticky and it could be something as simple as street being abbreviated instead of spelled out and suggested I call my bank to verify my info. I did just that and called Universal back and I asked could they put my info in and order the tickets. Sure no problem.........but wait........their info does not match my info. So I explained to the young man my bank had suggested they (being Universal) call my bank to verify my info. Th young man said a supervisor from the main offie would hav to do that and that he would fax the info to him. I explained to the young man we would be arriving on Aug 1 and he assured me no problem. Guess what????? ........I haven't heard a thing from them and I leave in 3 days. This wouldn't be a big deal but the bonus pass can only be ordered online. Any suggestions on what I should do???
