Does Universal have Guest Assistance Cards for Guests with Disabilities?

We are leaving next week for our first family stay at RPR. Our DD3 is in a wheelchair. How does Universal handle this? Do they have Guest Assistance Cards or the Baby Swap like at Disney?

Yes to both.

Be sure to stop by Guest Services in the front of the park and talk to them. They'll give you all the info you need and then some.
