Does Universal have an equivilant to Disney Dollars?

Since we were in Disney in December, my DH wont agree to another trip just yet. However, if I can save enough to pay for certain things, I just may get him to agree. When I was planning our trip to Disney, I saved by purchasing Disney dollars when ever I had extra cash and that went toward all our meals in the parks. He was thrilled I did that, so.....maybe I can get him back there if I can do the same for US. Any help will be appreciated!
