Does Universal decorate for Christmas like Disney does?

I know it is not Disney, so don't bash me for comparing the two. I just thought you might know more what I mean since Disney hotels and the parks go all out for Christmas. Also, does Universal have anything special going on the week after Thanksgiving thru December?

Oh Yes!

To start with, Grinchmas at IOA. Seuss Landing is transformed into Whoville. Special shows, the Grinch's Lair where you can meet the Grinch. Mt. Crumpet is a tube ice slide. It "snows" in Seuss Landing during the Whobilation show.

At USF, there is the Macy's Thanksgiving parade, complete with balloons. Special shows for Christmas (e.g., Ghostbusters, etc.)

We stayed at the Hard Rock Hotel this past December and the hotel was all decked out for Christmas. Beautiful Christmas tree in the lobby and a gingerbread Hard Rock Hotel.
I'm sure Portofino and Royal Pacific are similarly decorated.

Oh, at Mythos there was a gingerbread style display of Whoville.

Lots going on at Universal Orlando for Christmas. I hope we get to go back this December. It was great!

I love USO but I think WDW is out in front on the Christmas decorations. Their hotels like WL, GF, AK and Poly are awesome.
We stayed at RPR last Christmas and it wasn't quite as festive as Poly the year before. One tip- Do not go to MK on Christmas Day!!!

I was in the parks the second week in November last year, and they were already putting up a lot of decorations (esp in the Suess area).
