Does Toontown open early before its listed time like it does at WDW

I know in WDW Toontown opens something like 15 or 30 minutes earlier than its listed time. Does the same thing occur at DL?

Last time we were there it opened at 9:00 (park opened at 8). They waited until the Small World clock hit 9:00 then opened it. So, at least in this case, it didn't open early.

It did not while we were there. Like the PP mentioned, they timed the opening with the small world clock so it seemed pretty exact to me.

Another difference is that on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Satuday Toon Town does in fact open one hour early but only if you have a Toontown Morning Madness Voucher included with Disney Resort Packages.

Also, if I recall correctly, WDW started the practice of opening early after Pixie Hollow opened and the crowds began lining up for Toon Town at opening. At DL, Pixie Hollow and the princesses have meet and greets outside of Toon Town.

The place I found info about Toontown Morning Madness on disneyland.com gives the TTMM days as Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday.

Can someone tell me which set of days is right??

It hasn't ever opened early for us and I think I'd go with what Disneyland.com says as the days of TTMM. Altho they've been known to be wrong.
