Does Tokyo Disney have the Build a Potato Head box to fill?

Does anyone know if this is available and if so where? My son loves his Potato head from WDW and I'd like to get him some more parts for it, but I've been unable to figure out with Google searches. I think I've read in the past that DL Paris has one and I'm hoping Tokyo DL does too.

I don't recall seeing the "Build a Potato Head" on any of my visits and the Buzz Lightyear ride deposits you in the Toy Story store, so I would have expected to see it if there was one.

I would try contacting the operator of tdrexplorer.com through Twitter or Facebook to confirm.
