Does this sound right?

I called to make adr's for Garden Grill today and the CM told me that the dates were not released yet. She said I was within my 10 day window and I was able to make crystal palace ressies but that it could take up to 3 days to put in all availability?
She also told me that Garden Grill only does character dinners? Why can I choose lunch in the drop down menu if I try to make them online?

I am confused.

allears.net states that GG closed for lunch back in '08, so either there's a problem online or they're opening it back up in time for your dates...

Not sure about the other issue.
