Ok, my cousin made a 4 night room only reservation at Pop Century, she put a deposit down, and she did not pay the balance 45 days before arrival. I told her that her res. was probably cancelled, but when I check it in the internet it is still there. I told her to call Disney and the CM told her she could not take payment now and that she would have to pay upon arrival.

Does this sound right and will she have a room upon check in??

When you make room only reservations, you only pay for one night in advance and pay the balance at check-in.

We've never prepaid our entire room balance prior to arrival. Like the pp said you pay a deposit, one nights stay, and the rest upon arrival.
