Hi there

Please do not worry...I've been twice and my son is now 2 and his name has NEVER been on it...I panicked too and phoned them a few times asking different people but all was good!!!!:thumbsup2

When we went he was 11 months and the second time he was 21 months.

thanks for replying i just worry!the travel agent did phone to check and was told this was fine i wonder why her name isnt down?also its not down for the park tickets and breakfast was this the same for you

My niece wasn't on our booking & it was fine, they don't count as a guest because they don't count towards the occupancy of the room & they don't need a pass to get into the parks. Just ask for the cot when you check in. If your staying in a Disney hotel it already includes your passes but check before you go. Who did you book with? if its Disney then the passes are definately included.

yes we booked through disney and are staying and the cheynne it says on the letter includes passes which i persume we get when we get to the hotel do we get anything else from disney or just this letter

my 6 month old isnt down on ours either and It was like this last year when my son was 2-and everything was fine.
Dont think they will guarantee travel cot you can only request one but again dont think it will be a problem
x

i wasnt told about not guaranting a cot as we have booked one i will asume it will be there when we check in?this isnt the case?at least i dont have to worry about her name not on the form.what if they have no cots when we get there:scared1:

Yes it was EXACTLY like this and honestly the first time it happened I was sick with worry just incase we weren't allowed to go!!:rotfl:
I think its because on the plane they share a seat with an adult (so they don't need name??) and in the park they don't count kids til theyre 3???? I might be totally wrong here!!:confused3

As for the cots I've always asked for one and the first time we went there wasn't one in the room so I went to reception and they said they would take one over...waited hours for it and eventually stole one from away down the hall..............heres hoping the blankets were fresh!!!;) Ohh and I might add that it wasn't outside someones room:thumbsup2

so no worrying like I did...it will be fine.......honestly!! xx

Hi there

We have been going since our son was 5 months old. We have been for the past 3 years and each time requested a cot and each were told they will request but cant guarantee. I was always panicked and worried until we arrived.

When you check at the cheyenne just ask at reception if there is cot, they tell you there should be one but if there isn't just call reception from your room request one and they will bring it along. We never had any problems and it arrived within about half an hour of us arriving.

With regards to your youngest not being on the form, don't worry our son is only on there this year because he is now 3 but has never been on there before, but our nephew isn't on there this year because he is only a year old. They don't put them on because they don't need a disney pass or a bed.

You and your family with love the Cheyenne, our son and niece love it. The cowboy theme is great.

Have a lovely time.

Lisa

You will get your passes when you check in. I would imagine you will only get one letter from Disney which you show. Just remember when you check in to take your passport as you will need to put your passport number down on the check in form.

thanks for replying everyone i feel alot better now!just hope we dont have to wait to long for a cot my dd will be v v tired when we get there thanks:thumbsup2
