Correct. Whomever posted that does not know what they are talking about. DVC is points based only. There are no set units, no set weeks and it is not biennial.

DVC would definitely buy it back. Either someone doesn't understand what they are selling. maybe someone died the new owner doesn't want it?????

Seriously though if that maintenence fee number is correct, if you take 2007 maintenence fee's for BCV ($4.63/pt) and divide that by it you only get about 120 points... which would mean about $75/pt. Which would only be enough for a 1BR if you banked and went every other year (hence the biennial). Definetely misleading people with this.

I did not even notice the River Country reference. That is too much. I would def buy if it were true- River Country was the best water park ever.

I've wondered something about this kind of add. I've seen adds in the past for vintage cars where it stated " will double in value in 2 years" and other such things. Could the seller be held liable if his/her claim didn't happen. Whose responsibility is it for blatant errors in listings. What if you had your heart set on a day at River Country?
