I'm not sure about a list, but if you do miss some, have you considered burning them to DVD? I think at some video stores and electronics stores, you can rent DVD/VHS player/recorders. I'm sure, ultimately you'd want to have an authentic Disney copy, but if, by chance some hit the vault and you were worried about your VHS degrading during the 7 years you have to wait, you might be able to make due w/ a copy.
Also, keep in mind that just b/c a video goes on moratorium doesn't mean its unavailable. Disney doesn't usually pull stock, so anything left in stores is available until the store sells out of inventory.
Walmart, Circuit City and other large stores often have inventory for quite some time. (there's also always Ebay!)

Disney store, they can probably get you the info, or give you the main Disney retail customer service #.
