Skyliner runs about an hour after closing which includes night time events

Epcot opens at 9, the world showcase shops open at 11 but you can still walk around if you like.

Change the word opened to open and it will be a little easier to understand the question. Yes, I know it should be obvious, but life is like that sometimes.

In my experience the skyliner runs well past close. We left the park about 15 minutes after close - it was a busy Epcot evening. The line to board the skyliner back to Riviera Resort looked longer than any attraction line! They told us about an hour wait, took about 75 minutes before we finally were on the skyliner... after a long night at Epcot it was unexpected and tiring... but we made the most of it that we could!
