Does the parking garage open at 8am year round?

Want to be there as early as possible in Nov. Also, how about ticket windows/Guest services, do they have a set time for opening in the am? Hoping the early bird catches a break with the lines. Thanks!

The parking garage is often open before 8:00 AM but is always opened by at least 8:00 AM.

Guest Services opens 30 minutes before park opening time. The park usually opens at 9:00 AM and so GS opens around 8:30 AM. Whenever the park has early opening then Guest services will open earlier also.
