Does the Monorail run from Epcot to the TTC when Epcot is closed and MK is opened?

We are staying at the Poly and going to Epcot. If the MK is having EMH from 9-12 midnight does the Monorail stay open during that time. I'm thinking all of the people that are at Illuminations will jump on the monorail and head over to the MK for a couple of hours. Does anyone know if we watch Illuminations, can we still make it back to the Poly via the Monorail?

The monorail will be open until the park is actually closed. About an hour after actual closing (the stores stay open later). So yes you will be able to return to the Poly by monorail.
