Does the Edison take disney gift cards

They are on the dining plan, so even if they will not take your gift card, you can charge the meal to your room account and apply the gift card there.

We aren't staying the night we are passing through and stopping for lunch our trip isn't till this fall.

I noticed on the Disney page that Edison has its own number in addition to WDW DINE - (407) 560-WATT. Hopefully, someone there can answer your question.
