When a DVC resort opens in a WDW resort, we can no longer book regular (or concierge rooms) at that resort. It wouldn't make a lot of sense to pay more for less in the same place.
Beach Club is no longer available for point rental. However, Yacht Club is still included in our options.
Disney1fan -- Concierge is not really necessary when you are staying DVC. You've got your own Concierge Lounge right in your room.
You may get concierge service if you get a suite at a deluxe resort. Of course that's a very expensive option.
I know that at the Polynesian, concierge is included with the suites in the Tonga longhouse. (shorthouse?) Similar arrangements may be available at other deluxes.
You CAN get room service dining from the Beach Club when staying at BCV. But not for free .
I would not worry about Cindy reservations, ever since they started charging a credit card for the breakfast at the time of booking, reservations at Cinderellas Table are now much more sane to get. Two of my co workers just made reservations at CT for different days in Aug and had no problem.
