Does the discount rate vary for concierge room?

I just called the WDW reservation to book animal lodge concierge room for spring break next year (3/25-4/02) and the rate CM quoted me with the BDP code was just a 25% discount of the rack rate. I saw on mousesaver the sample rate for savanah view room during peak season shows a 44% discount. Does anyone know if concierge room doesn't get the same discount rate as regular room? Last time I went to WDW was about 2 years ago and I booked concierge room for both Poly and GF and the discount rate I got was about 40% which was the same discount as regular room. Has thing changed since two years ago? Any insight is appreciated.

Lately WDW had been giving a straight $$$ off rooms instead of using the % off method. They give a certain $$$ off per resort category, and that's it. So, you don't get the benefit of a % discount if staying in a concierge room, you get the same discount of someone staying in a cheaper room at a deluxe.
