3 am eastern is probably right. I checked at about 12:10am eastern time, and at about 1:00 eastern time, and it hadn't opened up for me yet. When I checked the next day at about 10:30 eastern, it was open. So somewhere in between then it became available....so I'll bet it was sometime in the night/early morning.
First time DCL cruisers can make reservations online (spa, Palo, etc.) 75 days out from the sailing date; returning DCL cruisers (Castaway Club) can make reservations 90 days out -- hence the 75 vs. 90 day questions.

Thanks - does this include res for excursions booked thru DCL also? While I'm asking dumb questions, do you pay for said excursions when you book them or when you settle up after the cruise?
Yes, the online reservations are for Palo, the spa, excursions, and nursery reservations. This is just a reservation and it is charged to your onboard account to be settled up at the end of the cruise. (But note that you do have to be fully paid for your cruise before you can access the online reservations.) More information can be found on the DCL website under the "My Cruise Plans" section of "Site Help."
Well I couldn't stay up until 3am so I got up close to 6:30am this morning to book my palo & excursions. Listen to posters when they tell you to stay up!!!
By 6:30am (EST) there was only one time left for a Palo brunch - (10am on Key West day) and no High tea's left. I think some of the popular excursions were also gone.
Next time I will listen to Admiral Boom and put the coffee on!
