Does SW still credit you if flight price goes down?

In the past, if you booked with SW and your fare went down they would issue you a flight credit for the difference in price. Will they still do that? Or do they charge a change fee now?

no change fee but you need to actually change the flight to the lower rate in order to book lower fare & receive flight credit.

note said credit will retain the expiration date of the original ticket.
