I get the Mousesavers newsletter and Mary states to not post about certain things on Dis boards and AOL sites...What AOL sites???

Is there really a place out there in cyber-space that talks about WDW as much as we do?

What I think Mary means is that she has no desire to irritate her discount contacts by publicizing the deals that she posts on her site to everyone.

If the forum posters want to see what has been found, they can read it on her site just like the rest of us do. She's not withholding the information- it just isn't fair to her and all of the hard work that she does for us to post it with full knowledge that Mary tells us NOT to.

I don't mind abiding by her rules- she's saved me quite a bit of money over the years........

Of course- this is JMHO.

Nooo no no no.....You misunderstand me...I would never go against her wishes...She is the best...

I was just wondering where these AOL sites are as I wanted to visit them and see if there is any useful tips and people on there like the people here on the DIS...

I just thought I could find another outlet for my Disney Fix everyday...I tried Intercot but found the boards a little "snobbish"...but that was a while ago (2 years)

I was just hoping to visit the sites...Not post anything. I had never heard about AOL sites till I read Mary's warning on her site...

Photobear, I don't have the answer to your question but wanted to say that I like the pic in your sig. I took one similar to that. If I'm not mistaken, that was taken at Universe of Energy in EPCOT.

I used to frequent those AOL WDW boards for a couple of years....but then totally switched to DIS only.

There's not too much posting going on there anymore.

You're better off here.

BTW....if I can't get on to the DIS for some reason.... I check the AOL board to see if anyone knows why. LOL

Yeahh....Ellen's Universe of Energie...I can't take credit for it as I saw a pic someone else took and did the same. We will try it again this December because we have a DIS friend coming with us...wenabre from the Canadian and Cruise boards...Can't wait...

I guess I will just stick it out here on the DIS...I knew there could be no beter out there...
