Does Priceline allow tickets to be sold?

I know Priceline doesn't allow cancellation or changes , but can anyone tell me if they allow airline tickets purchased thru them to be sold if our party can't use it? If so, where can I sell it?

Airline tickets are non-transferrable. That is the airlines' policy.
(There was one website that did let you transfer them for a fee if they were bought through that website. - can't remember the name of it and I don't know if they still do.)
