Does Pal Mickey say anything new for the 50th?

I was wondering if my Pal Mickey will say anything new this year with the 50th celebration?
The last two years he has said the same things throughout the parks.

Pal Mickey doesn't work that way. He only has the phrases he always knew - they can't "add" things to him that weren't already there. In some cases, new information is "unlocked" that was already there in the first place, but a two-year old Pal Mickey won't know anything about the HCOE. Although some people percieve otherwise, Pal Mickey can never learn anything "new" - he simply doesn't have the mechanics to do so.

I just ordered my kids a Pal Mickey from last year at a huge discount. They say it will upload all the information but about 5 rides or attractions. My kids are 6 and 4 so they won't know the difference.
