Here's my plan that I'm obsessing about... and if I try (and I'm able) to change some lunch ADRs to dinners like I want, this will change... but as of now, this is my plan:
Day 1-
Arrive MCO
Take DME to ASMu
Dinner at ASMu Intermission
Early to bed
Day 2-
Breakfast at ASMu
DHS (EMH am)-possbily for rope drop (depends on DD-as will everything)
Lunch at DHS CS
Afternoon break at ASMu
Bus to MK
Boat to WCC at WL for ADR at 4:20
Boat back to MK until DD is ready to leave
Day 3-
Breakfast ASMu
DTD am
Lunch at Earl's
Bus back to ASMu for afternoon break
Bus to Epcot for ADR 4:30 at Tutto Italia
Stay at Epcot for EMH pm
Day 4-
Breakfast ASMu
Epcot am
Lunch Garden Grill 12:25 pm
Afternoon break
Back to Epcot
Dinner at an Epcot CS (Any recommendations???)
Day 5-
Breakfast ASMu
MK am
Lunch Tony's Town Square 12:30
Afternoon Break
MK (EMH) pm
Dinner at MK CS (Any recommendations)
Day 6
Breakfast ASMu
AK am (EMH)
Lunch at Flame Tree BBQ (I know DH will love this)
Afternoon break
MK pm
Boat to Trail's End for 5:05 ADR
back to MK
Day 7
Breakfast ASMu
DME to MCO to leave :(
How does this sound? only 1/2 day at DHS, AK, and DTD... 1 1/2 days at Epcot and 2 days at MK (1 full and 2 half)... However, 2 evenings we have hotel ADRs and will leave the park for dinner... Our DD will be 16 months and I know this plan will change, but this is a rough estimate as I know she'll (hopefully) love MK and DH and I will like Epcot for the food... (Any and all recommendations for CS at any park, resort, DTD is welcome!)

I think your trip plan is very good, and you know that you will need to be flexible so that is an important part of all trip planning.
For your counter service in Epcot, it would depend on what area you will be in when you are hungry. If you are in Future World I suggest the Electric Umbrella, its the usual Disney fare, but it always pretty good. There is also the foodcourt in the Land, some people do not care for it, but it gives you a bit more of a selection. If you are in the World Showcase, the Liberty Inn at the American Adventure has the usual hamburgers etc, for something different try the bakery in Norway they have really good sandwiches and really good desserts.
Counter service in the MK again depends on where you are when you are hungry. I like Cosmic Rays in Futureworld and I like Columbia Harbour House in Liberty Square.

Thanks for replying and the suggestions! I know flexibility will be a big key-not only for the 16 month old, but the parents dealing with the 16 month old (we can get cranky sometimes when we're tired and hot too! :rotfl: )
