After reading a couple of other posts on Mousekeeping this question arose?

Do the mousekeeping staff pool their tips?

We always tip mousekeeping and just wondering if I should be leaving a separate tip for the turndown service staff, or, are they the same personnel?

We leave for the airport in 9-1/2 hours - YIPPEE

No they don't pool their tips. If you are getting turndown you should tip separately for that.

Thanks - I figured that - but just wanted to make sure - wouldn't want to leave anyone out.

4-1/2 hrs til we leave for the airport - :bounce: :Pinkbounc :bounce: :Pinkbounc

Oh my gosh I can't believe your time is here!!!! I have half a mind to race down to SJC and climb in one of your suitcases! After all, I'm only 3 miles away (at least while I'm at work!)

Have a Great Time!

I still have three weeks to go!

Well...... I usually do pack a suitcase inside of a suitcase just in case I need it for souvernirs - lol - thnik you can fit - lol

3 hours til we leave for the airport tick tock tick tock - lol

Wow, I din't know I was suppose to tip the turn own service MK. I thought that was what I was paying concierge for. between tipping eveyone I am sure if I add it up the room will be about $40-50 more dollars a day. :D

We stayed at Poly concerige last July. Oh how I love it there! Our Mousekeeper was the same person who did the turndown. I asked.

We just got back from the Polynesian Concierge on Sunday and the Mousekeeper and Turndown person were two different people. I got to meet both of them on several occasions. We always tip both.
