Does Modifying Excursion/other bookings affect the Check in document?

I do apologize for this silly question. But I'm unsure.

Once online check in is done and all excursions and spa booking are done, I usually print out the Online Check in Port Arrival form.

However, I was wondering what happens if I make changes ie. cancel or add bookings (excursions, Palo etc) after I, originally, print it.

Do I need to print the form again? Will it contain an updated version of the booking modifications or is it the same as what it was before? Essentially, does it only contain the information specifically done during the online check in (personal info, passport info, PAT etc) and not any booking of onboard activities?

Any insight would be much appreciated.:-)

Ive changed things after Ive printed it and it never affected anything

Thanks! For some reason, I've been cancelling and modifying excursions for this cruise and I have this overwhelming feeling I should reprint it. I did think that the form only included the information required through the online check in, but I thought I should just double check.

The online check-in document can be completed before any Port Adventures, dinners, etc. are booked. It covers only the information entered during online check-in. The main purpose is to indicate that you have read the cruise contract and that you agree to pay all charges. So, if your payment information changes (for example, you decide to have a cash account instead of a credit card or vice versa, or you want to use a different credit card than initially entered) you should reprint the form. If other entered information changed, such as passport numbers or post-cruise plans, you can reprint the form but it’s not strictly necessary. Activity and event bookings will show up in your Cruise Plans, but won’t affect your boarding documents.

Thanks for your post. I assumed the Check In Form contained the info that was submitted during the check in process, but for some reason I started second guessing myself. With this cruise, I changed the excursions more than any other cruise, so perhaps that's the reason.

Anyway, it makes perfect sense what you mentioned. I guess I just needed someone to answer my silly question.:)

I will reprint it before I leave. But we're leaving a week before the cruise and I may need to modify while away but not have any place to print it.

So, should one happen to forget their paperwork, it can be reprinted at the port ;-)

Actually, one of our cruises we HAD the paperwork, but they insisted on printing new forms for us to sign.

Good to know. :)

They've never printed or reprinted our forms before. I guess since I have the form and passports ready, they don't bother asking if I did online check in.

Our last cruise we did online checkin then renewed two passports, then had to update the online checkin information with the new passport info. I reprinted the paperwork at home after the update.

You’re not the only one who thinks that way. I would have been wondering the same thing.
