Hi All!

We leave in 10 days! We are trying to change some reservations. I noticed when we call in to Disney Dining it states "if you are making a reservation for within the next 7 days press #". So my question is, is this where they keep open tables available? Should I just wait until Day 7 to start calling back? Also, is there any chance of getting into a restaurant that has no avaiability right now by just walking up? We are specifically talking about Boma and Ohana breakfast? Thanks!

I don't think it improves your chances at all. I would call now and keep calling just change the prompt reply once you are within 7 days.
You can try walk ups, but don't hold your breath. though breakfast may be easier than dinner.

no. get on the phone as soon as you can and hoe for cancellations. I agree breakfast and lunch you may have a better chance. I've learned my lesson.
Good Luck!

What do you think the reason is they have that prompt ? I know when I called while in Disney and asked to change ressies, I was able to change reservations really quickly. I will keep trying though! Thanks

From a person that does a ton of last minute no notice trips I can tell you it doesnt make a difference...the most popular places are still impossible to get
