Does Magical Express operate around the clock?

On Jan. 19, our flight arrives in Orlando at 11:35 PM. I am praying we will be able to use DME. So far, I haven't see it's hours of operation.

Yes, it does. 11:35 really isn't all that late , considering, and there should still be CMs at the counter to check you in and buses to transport you. Since you will have reserved DME in advance as required, they WILL be aware of your pending arrival (along with a number of other passengers/Guests).

Actually, I haven't made our reservations for the hotel or DME yet. I just have the flight purchased. I have yet to do that. It's on my list of "things to do".

I've been on a very delayed flight that got in well after 1:00 AM and the DME folks were still at the airport to take people to their resorts.

Consider this, as the last scheduled flight into Orlando arrives at 12:26 am, by the time they get those folks off the flight an onto the bus and delivered to their resorts, it is time to turn around and start picking up the folks scheduled out on the first flight of the morning which for May is at 6:00 am. (However, I have been on a 5:30 am flight).

Also, consider that they do track flight numbers and if a late flight is delayed till 1:00 or 2:00 in the morning, there should be "someone" there to transport you. At worst case, I've read about a sign on the desk with a phone # to call for transport.

Bring the ME phone number, 866-599-0951, with you. There have been a few reports on these boards that late flights came in with additional delays and guests found nobody at the ME welcoming area. But those who were able to phone were able to get transportation.

I have seen those buses either dropping off or picking up around 1:30-2 in the morning when coming back from a late EMH!! I remember feeling sad because someone's trip was ending.
