Does Magical Express and CBR internal resort shuttle run 24hrs?

Hello all! Delta has changed our return flight from 3pm to 8 am. (boo! There goes our getting up leisurely after a late last night at Epcot) anyhoo, we are staying at CBR and were wondering if anyone knows if the resort shuttle to the custom house runs that early? I know there's a 3 hour lead time for ME, would hate to get a cab to make it there in time.

Way OT: Have you tried to hand pick alternate flights you would have liked better and then telephoned to request a re-change?

Picking a non-stop where you originally had connecting flights is fair game.

There ought to be no money changing hands for this maneuver and it should go through if there are any vacancies in the main cabin of the plane. Caution: Don't first try to reselect seats on their choice of flight or else you may lose the ability to make the re-change.

Not sure about the internal shuttle but if it did run that early you still have to allow extra time (out of the room by 4) since it won't arrive exactly at the sweet spot time to just meet your Magical Express bus (you need to be at Custom House by T-15).

DME runs 24/7 and I imagine you won't be the only ones with an early flight so I would think the internal bus runs as well. I would double check when you check in what you need to do - IIRC they can also send bell services to get you in a golf cart but it has been a while since we stayed at CBR.

As far as the flight goes - since your departure time is so significant Delta should waive the change fees and put you on another flight of your choice. If this is something your interested in go online and see if there is a flight that works better for you and then call and ask to be moved to that flight.

Really suggest you call the airline first. We had a similar experience with United and it was only a 3 h change. We changed to a late flight the evening before. They hesitated but when I pointed out that it was a schedule change that caused the problem and if the flight we chose would have been available we would have chosen it, they happily made the change. The key is to have what you want sorted out before you call. Failing that, I'd suggest calling bell services the day before, and getting a ride over to Custom House.

Thanks everyone, all good suggestions; here's hoping Delta can rearrange something, if not, will make arrangements with bell services for 4am...ugh...oh well, will still be running on that 'ol magic Disney adrenaline either way! Thanks again!
