Does Maclaren Quest have almost full-recline feature?

Thinking about buying it for 2.5 yo to get him to nap at Disney, does it allow for almost full-recline? thx

It's not a full recline - but it looks to be enough to allow for comfortable sleeping. DD doesn't sleep in her stroller much - but when she has she didn't seem to be uncomfortable.

We have a Mac Quest and ours reclines to almost fully. DD4 loves it, says it is very comfrontbul.
