Does lunch begin at 11?

Specifically Akershush but I assume it's the same start time for most WDW restaurants.

According to the 2012 Unofficial Guide, Akershus has lunch seatings from 11:55 AM to 3:30 PM.

It varies from restaurant to restaurant, so it's not the same at every place.

Most TS places will be 11 or 11:30.

CS places may start serving lunch around 10:30

The only World Showcase restaurant I know for sure is Rose & Crown and they start at 12:30, so I guess is does vary.
