Does Guest Services have Mears #?

Does Guest Services at the resorts help with getting transportation to Universal, or is that considered a faux pas to even ask, and should I just tell my sister to bring the number of Mears with them?

I have used Guest Services many times to make the call to arrange for the Mears ride home, and they basically make the call and hand the phone to you, so I would imagine they would also make the call for the transportation to Universal.

I've called the resort operator and asked that they connect me to Mears. Was told they gladly do this. That way, you aren't hit with the .75 local call or whatever it is.

After several tries though, the Mears line was still busy. We had to leave for the parks. I checked at Front Desk and they were nice enough to keep trying for me and set up the reservations. They left a voicemail message that it was done.

This was at Wilderness Lodge. Great folks there...
