So i read awhile back that people were takeing the Bair Paints Mickey swatches from home depot and putting little green mickeys in hotel rooms they stayed at to show that a previous DISer was there? This is an awesome idea! whoever came up with that i give you props! :thumbsup2 the sad thing is im staying off property next time we go and want to show im a DISer while in the park. Last time I wore a green bracelet around my wrist and tied in green hair ties to my hair. This year i think im going with green crocs and maybe ill make a shirt that says im a DIS board fanatic :rotfl: ha ha maybe then people will recognize other DISers. Does anybody else wear green to the park? or show there DIS board spirit? :wizard:

oh and a little off topic for my post but is anybody else going to be there July 19th-21st? i know were crazy to book a trip then but its the last time until my birthday will be able to go

Lime green was chosen as the "official DIS color" way back when. It was chosen because, at the time, not much of anything lime green was out there. The color definitely stood out.

Well, in recent years, lime green has made a return to the fashion scene, so it's a little less noticeable, but I think it still works.

Just in case anyone cares, I'll be wearing my lime green Lilo baseball cap at WDW in July. Look for me! :cool1:

DD made the DAD for me so I made the DIS one to put on DW's backpack at the parks.
