Does Garden Grocer or Wego do discounts for two trips?

We're taking a cruise and then spending four nights at SSR (hopefully to change to BLT!). Anyhoo, I'll need a grocery order for that time period. Because our cruise starts the sunday of thanksgiving (which is also our 12th anniversary), I'm thinking of surprising him with two or three nights at the Poly as his anniversary present because he has always wanted to stay there. Well, we'll also need some food for that time too, especially with a toddler. Any thoughts on whether these two companies do discounts for two trips?
