Does F&W open with WS at 11?

The subject just about says it all, but just to restate:

Do the F&W booths wait to open until the rest of the WS (I presume) at 11?

If not, does the International Gateway open any earlier to accomodate this?

Staying at BWI in 3 days!

I am almost 100% certain that the F&W opens with the WS at 11am. I remember being there last year, we came in the WS entrance, and walking past booths getting "set -up" to open at 11am.

Huh. Side question then: did you go in the International Gateway before 11? I thought it didn't open until 11. If I'm wrong, that's great!

International Gateway opens at 9:00Am Normal Epcot Future World Park opening, 8:00am if it is EMH day. There are cast members who direct you toward Future World since WS is closed. The International Gateway is the entrance to EPCOT for guests staying at the EPCOT Resorts. They do not supply transportation from those hotels to the Main entrance of EPCOT only International Gateway. Therefore International Gateway opens when the Main Entrance opens.
