Does everyone have to be at ticket window to redeem GAD?

I'd like to send DH and the kids to stand in line at the gates while I trade in our 5 GAD vouchers for tickets (and buy DS5 his ticket).

Will they let me do all five or do I have to have all 5 people present to get the tickets?

Anyone with any experience doing this?

I am going to guess everyone has to be there since ID's are required. We are going to take everyone with us.

The vouchers are for each specific person. ID and the person is required to redeem them.

piggybacking a question on to this...OP I hope you don't mind. We are arriving in a few weeks and also need to redeem our GAD vouchers. What time does the window open to redeem them? We already have passes and will be redeeming for the fast pass cards

On day 1 I made everyone stand there while I exchanged a GAD voucher. They need everyones tickets in your group to get everyone the fast pass ticket. I did my voucher on day 1.

Days 2 & 3 I just went up with everyone's tickets and cashed in the voucher. This was using DS11 & DS8's vouchers and their birth certificates. They were all off with DH getting pictures of things.

Day 4 I again went up by myself and with DH's ID and they cashed his in for the ear/pin set.

Just my experience.

I don't know if we all "needed" to be there, but when my family turned ours in for the one day one park tickets, the CM looked at my kids birth certificates and my DH and my driver's licenses, and also asked the kids their names. (He was very friendly and helpful, so it's not like he did it in a mean or rude way.) I know that is not much help, and I'm sorry.

This is probably one of those things that could vary. We all went because that is what I read we had to do, but if you get a nice CM then maybe they would do it. We were expecting horrid lines and long waits, but it was a super quick process. We redeemed my daughter's GAD for the FP option and we loved having those soooo much!

Ok my aunt and my mom both have one, they want to go on the 22nd of august—they want to know if they can upgrade with the GAD voucher to a park hopper-- Will they to pay extra? Can they upgrade to park hopper?
