Does everyone get a survey after a visit?

Hi! Just wondered if every visitor gets a survey in the mail? We did, and just wondering if we should get online and do it? What does it really mean?

Just wondering if I should bother? I don't mean that to sound bad, it's just that surveys usually take soooo long!

I got one this week. It did not take that long. I kept my responses very short.

Hey, anything you can do to get into Disney's computer systems may get you an email pin code some day!

I would say do it because you never know when some Disney magic can come your way in the future if they have your address in their computer system from completing a survey!

Definately worth your time and if nothing comes of it....well consider that you have done them a favour for filling it out!

Not everyone get's a survey. Disney survey's many people at many different venues. Some are done right on site as visitors enter the parks. These are designed to give valuable feedback. I always make sure that I participate if asked. Like someone said here anything to get into Disneys system as no one is sure how some discount codes get offered. To date I have received one post card discount code. That was after only our first visit. I had not done anything irregular to generate this code offer. Since that time though I have done anything I can to show up in the system with Disney. So far it has amounted to nothing! Oh well. I will continue to try and if Disney get's good feedback it can only mean that they are listening and changing as things are needed.

We got a survey after our last stay. Funny though, it was only about the waterparks, which we did not go to. So the entire (fairly long) survey was pretty much, "Why did you choose to not go to a waterpark?" "Would changes in transportation make you more likely to visit a waterpark next time?" "Would larger lockers make you more likely to visit a waterpark next time?" and on and on!

Still though, I was glad to fill it out. I think it's great that Disney appears to be really trying to see what its guests truly want.
