Does DVC call....

If you ordered the DVD? We recieved our DVD last week and we are interested but not ready to make the final decision. I noticed DCV on our caller ID today. I am just wondering if they call, we want to take our time to make the best decision for us.

Yes they do call. Basically to see if you have any questions, if you need any more information and how they can help you out.

When we ordered the video and book back in 1999 our guide called once about a week or two after we got it. She was very nice and just wanted to know if we had any questions. She said she wouldn't call again but we could call her any time. When we finally decided to buy about a month later we called and she got all the paperwork together for us. Take the call - there won't be any pressure involved.

No, they don't have to be pushy or hound you because they can sell DVC without doing that.
So, don't worry. They actually will just answer your questions and offer for you to call them like the other posters said.

No they really don't call(outside of the 1st call after you request information), sometimes I wish they would...I might buy more often, and as a chance to give input.
