Does DL do special events ?

Do they do a Halloween Party, Christmas Party, Pirates and Princess Party ?

Just wondering if they do them like WDW so that I know what we can expect when we go.

They do a Halloween party over in DCA.

They do not do anything for Christmas, party-wise, but some who have been to both resorts say that the holiday stuff at WDW is really exclusive, leaving others out, while you get the decorations, Santa, special stuff just by walking in the gates of DL and DCA. So they have said that no party is needed at DLR, that it's actually better b/c of that.

Alas, no pirate and princess party, but MAN how fun would that be?

thanks that's what I needed to know. So I need to try the Pirate and Princess Party at WDW.

We went to DL in early Jan one year and got to see IASW all done up and it was gorgeous. Then we went to WDW for Christmas this year and went on IASW expecting it to be just as lovely and we were so disappointed. It didn't look like it was done up for Christmas at all.

We've done the Halloween Party and Christmas Party at WDW, but not the one at DL. Guess I need to plan something to get to that one day lol
