A place to buy the Potato Head parts like WDW has. The one were you stuff a box with as much as you can. I will be going on a business trip in a few days and would like to bring some home for my daughter.

Thanks for your knowledge.

There is a store at California Adventure called Engine-ears - and they have the Potato Heads & parts there. You'll need admission to get in, but might try getting a shopping pass if they offer that. (one hour in the park for shopping)

Thanks for such a quick response I might have to try that shopping pass idea on my last 1/2 day before catching a shuttle just in case I have to buy something else. I will have one full day to spend as needed before hand.

What we did was buy the basic potato head at walmart then when we filled up the box we filled it just with parts. They have pieces there you cannot get anywhere else where as you can get a head anywhere even at a garage sale. That way you dont take up valuable space with the head.

just remember to stuff and shake!! YOu can fot a lot into the boxes. Also.... make sure the you get a set of arms. and there is a right and left one. As they will hold the disney parts..
The ones that come with a patato head don't .

It is definatly an art to cram pieces in the box, some places at WDW made us make sure the box would shut all the way and others would let them just be pulled shut to touch.

We LOVE these! My girls are getting a little old....but even when they're done loving the mr P stuff, I will continue the Mr P love FOR them :teeth:

They have alot of new things too. Or at least things we don't have (we bought ours at WDW last year). They have alot more princess stuff (though the ariel hair is pretty freaky :rotfl: ). I honestly can't really remember what else was new, but enough that I considered buying myself ( I mean, the girls ) some new pieces.

I also 2nd the buying the MrP at Target/Walmart and just getting pieces at CA. Make sure you get the CA hands though so your MrP can hold stuff.

Yes, Dca Has The Toy Store Which Sells Them; They Haven't Had Anything New For Quite Awhile.

When I was there in May the cm said they were getting another big round raack of parts soon. I'm hoping they get the Buzz parts they have at WDW.

We got my daughter the parts last fall and I messed up and got three right arms one left. didn't check the thumbs out. So I need to get those and some other things. Stuffing the box was the funnest part. I got like 29 pieces including some of the wigs. I had to take a picture with my phone last night to be sure I don't duplicate things.

I guess maybe they weren't new, just things we haven't seen before :confused3

They have the Ariel and Tinkerbell stuff (which we've seen before, but are newer then most)
Minnie Mouse bow
Goofy Hat

I'm sure there was more too. It seemed like they had alot more 'girl' stuff then before.
